- The development of a new feature or function that is not part of the existing implementation will be considered a Change Request.
- 40 hours of limited technical support per month. Additional efforts will be considered as Change Requests.
- Hourly pricing for Change Requests will be $25.
- Resolution Time Target: 1 day (High), 3 days (Medium), 7 days (Low).
