Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases: planning, setup, building, testing, training, and launch.
- Guide a crew of consultants and developers, delegate tasks, and keep everyone on track.
- Manage communication with the client company, SAP (if applicable), and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the project stays within budget and meets deadlines - track progress, identify risks, and adjust as needed.
- Leverage your SAP knowledge to configure the system for the client's specific needs.
- Implement project management methodologies (including SAP Activate) for an organized and efficient process.
- Understand the client's business goals and how SAP can help them achieve them.
Client’s Remote Deployment Requirement & Delivery:
- VPN and System access for Offshore Consultant.
- Necessary documentations.
- Dedicated Point of Contact.
- Consultant interview can be arranged if the client insists.
- Access to Data Resources.
- List of Security Protocols.
- 1 weeks' notice to mobilize resources
Client’s Onsite Deployment Requirement & Delivery:
- Consultant interview within 2 weeks.
- Consultant deployment within 45-60 days.
- Workspace and Equipment to be provided.
- Consultant interview can be arranged if the client insists.
- Necessary documentation and training (If applicable).
- Security clearance (If applicable).

Product pricing is for one Consultant/Day (8 hours).
