- Set up and customize SAP SuccessFactors for HR tasks like employee data, workflows, and security.
- Connect Employee Central to other HR systems for smooth data flow (payroll, talent management).
- Setup Position Management, Background, and Standard Portlets customization.
- Home page management and design settings.
- Customized Framework Design with Business Rules associated Workflow Management.
- Maintain the system, fix problems, and keep it running smoothly for the HR department.
- Setting up wage types, deductions, and tax rules to ensure accurate employee paychecks.
- Claim processing and Reimbursements with workflow setup
- Connecting Employee Central to external payroll systems for seamless data transfer.
- Maintaining employee data accuracy within Employee Central that feeds into payroll calculations.
- Multiple formats of Reports and Dashboard Customization associated with authorization
- Assisting the payroll team with any technical issues related to payroll processing
Client’s Remote Deployment Requirement & Delivery:
- VPN and System access for Offshore Consultant.
- Necessary documentations.
- Dedicated Point of Contact.
- Consultant interview can be arranged if the client insists.
- Access to Data Resources.
- List of Security Protocols.
- 1 weeks' notice to mobilize resources
Client’s Onsite Deployment Requirement & Delivery:
- Consultant interview within 2 weeks.
- Consultant deployment within 45-60 days.
- Workspace and Equipment to be provided.
- Consultant interview can be arranged if the client insists.
- Necessary documentation and training (If applicable).
- Security clearance (If applicable).
