- 200 hours of limited functional support per month. Additional efforts will be considered as Change Requests.
- 40 hours of limited technical support per month. Additional efforts will be considered as Change Requests.

- Resolution Time Target: 1 day (High), 3 days (Medium), 7 days (Low).
