- Analyse business needs and understand how work gets done within a company.
- Identify areas where workflows can automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- Design workflows using SAP Business Workflow tools.
- Configure workflows to automate specific business processes.
- Develop custom code (ABAP) for complex workflows (for consultants with strong ABAP skills).
- Implement designed workflows into the SAP system.
- Test workflows thoroughly to ensure they function correctly.
- Fix any issues that arise during testing.
- Provide ongoing support to users on how to use the implemented workflows.
- Train users on the new functionalities and processes.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP Workflow features and functionalities.
- Continuously improve their skills and knowledge through training and certifications.
- Lead and mentor junior workflow consultants.
- Manage and deliver workflow projects on time and within budget.
- Work with other SAP consultants (ABAP, Basis) for complex integrations.
Client’s Remote Deployment Requirement & Delivery:
- VPN and System access for Offshore Consultant.
- Necessary documentations.
- Dedicated Point of Contact.
- Consultant interview can be arranged if the client insists.
- Access to Data Resources.
- List of Security Protocols.
- 1 weeks' notice to mobilize resources
Client’s Onsite Deployment Requirement & Delivery:
- Consultant interview within 2 weeks.
- Consultant deployment within 45-60 days.
- Workspace and Equipment to be provided.
- Consultant interview can be arranged if the client insists.
- Necessary documentation and training (If applicable).
- Security clearance (If applicable).
Pricing Information:
Product pricing is for one Consultant/Day (8 hours).
